Mohamed Blaize is a Partner and the Managing Director of the Firm to lead the management and strategic direction of the firm across the Middle East and North Africa. He is a skilled attorney with several leading law firms in association with international firms, and long track record in the legal field, PQE (+20) years, he has obtained numerous clients over the years and demonstrably high knowledge in law where he focuses on Complex Litigation & White Collar, He is one of leading foreign lawyers in the Kingdom who has been practicing law since 2003 and has witnessed the judicial development of the legal system and procedures for nearly two decades.
He has a wide breadth of legal experience with particular focus in litigation. He has gained vast experienced by handling some of the significant high profile and value litigations in the Kingdom relating to government sectors and PIF companies which has led him to pursue his PHD Doctorate program specializing in government disputes.
Mr. Blaize advises in corporate governance and wide range of Turnkey Contracts such as build-operate-transfer (BOT), and build–own–operate–transfer (BOOT). He has also earned his special academic qualifications in Privatization Law from in France and UK, and he is a proficient advisor in Public Private Partnership arena. Recently he has advised and guided National Centre for Privatization (NCP) in Riyadh for a landmark privatization project relating to comprehensive rehabilitation.
